Нарушения дыхания во сне у пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью: современные аспекты лечения. Часть II
Во второй части обзора освещены методы лечения разных типов апноэ сна у пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью. Как при обструктивном, так и при центральном апноэ сна особое место в лечении занимают методы вентиляционной поддержки во сне, поэтому в обзоре подробно рассматривается роль различных режимов вентиляции (в частности CPAP-терапия и адаптивная сервовентиляция), анализируются данные доказательной медицины, имеющиеся на настоящий момент в отношении этих методов. Показана также роль низкопоточной кислородотерапии, хирургического лечения и имплантируемых устройств, применение специфической медикаментозной терапии (теофиллин, ацетазоламид) в лечении центрального апноэ сна. Рассматривается новый метод лечения центрального апноэ сна — методика стимуляции диафрагмального нерва.
