СИСТЕМНЫЕ КАРДИОВАСКУЛЯРНЫЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ НАРУШЕНИЙ ДЫХАНИЯ ВО ВРЕМЯ СНА
Связанные со сном нарушения дыхания являются распространенными видами расстройств сна и оказывают существенное негативное влияние на формирование и течение ряда соматических заболеваний, в первую очередь — кардиоваскулярных заболеваний и метаболических расстройств. Результаты проведенных с позиций доказательной медицины исследований свидетельствуют о наличии взаимосвязи апноэ сна и артериальной гипертензии, ишемической болезни сердца, сердечной недостаточности, аритмий, цереброваскулярных заболеваний, сахарного диабета. Включение методик диагностики и лечения расстройств сна в стандарты лечения и реабилитации пациентов с данными нозологическими формами является теоретически обоснованным и клинически значимым.
