Неинвазивные показатели работы миокарда в оценке систолической функции левого желудочка
Обзор литературы посвящен новому способу неинвазивной комплексной оценки систолической функции левого желудочка (ЛЖ) с помощью эхокардиографической технологии расчета показателей работы миокарда методом построения кривых давление–деформация. В связи с тем что новый метод учитывает влияние постнагрузки на сократительную функцию миокарда, представлены данные, показывающие превосходство оценки работы миокарда ЛЖ над speckle-tracking эхокардиографией и другими методиками в диагностике некоторых заболеваний. В обзоре приводятся описание метода, преимущества и ограничения его использования. Анализируются результаты основных исследований, посвященных оценке показателей работы миокарда ЛЖ. Обсуждаются перспективы внедрения и практического применения нового метода в диагностике сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и стратификации риска для различных групп пациентов.
