Влияние условий хранения плазмы и сыворотки на уровни циркулирующих микроРНК
За последнее десятилетие циркулирующие малые некодирующие молекулы рибонуклеиновой кислоты (микроРНК) продемонстрировали свой потенциал в качестве малоинвазивных диагностических и прогностических биомаркеров различных заболеваний. В надежности и воспроизводимости количественной оценки циркулирующих микроРНК существенную роль играет стандартизация преаналитических и аналитических факторов, в т.ч. сбора, обработки и хранения биообразцов. На сегодняшний день единого мнения касательно различных способов нормализации данных, применяемых при анализе экспрессии циркулирующих микроРНК, нет. Цель настоящего обзора — рассмотреть современные оригинальные работы, в которых изучаются различные условия хранения биобанкированных образцов плазмы и сыворотки крови с последующим выделением для анализа циркулирующих микроРНК.
