Позитронная эмиссионная томография в оценке состояния симпатической иннервации сердца
Настоящая статья является обзором литературы за последние 10 лет и посвящена анализу радиофармацевтических препаратов и эффективности применения позитронной эмиссионной томографии (ПЭТ) для изучения состояния симпатической иннервации сердца у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. По результатам экспериментальных и клинических исследований, ПЭТ с мечеными аналогами катехоламинов и лигандами адренергических рецепторов открывает широкие возможности для объективной оценки состояния симпатической нервной системы на всех этапах нейрогенной передачи при ишемической болезни сердца, сахарном диабете, сердечной недостаточности и генетически детерминированной некоронарогенной желудочковой аритмии. Отмечено прогностическое значение радионуклидной нейровизуализации при патологических состояниях, ассоциирующихся с высоким риском развития летальных осложнений.
