Ингибиторы натрий-глюкозного котранспортера 2 типа: успешная погоня за двумя зайцами
Обзор посвящен клинической эффективности ингибиторов натрий-глюкозного котранспортера 2 типа (иНГКТ-2). Приведены сведения о механизмах действия препаратов этого класса и обосновано их применение в лечении больных сахарным диабетом (СД) и хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН). Обсуждены результаты крупных рандомизированных клинических исследований, в которых оценивалась эффективность иНГКТ-2. Представлены данные о благоприятном влиянии иНГКТ-2 на риск сердечно-сосудистых событий у пациентов с СД 2 типа и доказательства способности дапаглифлозина и эмпаглифлозина улучшать прогноз пациентов с ХСН с низкой фракцией выброса левого желудочка без СД. Рассмотрены подтверждения и механизмы нефропротективного действия иНГКТ-2 у пациентов с СД и ХСН.
