В статье представлен обзор современных исследований в области кардиореабилитации с применением телемедицинских технологий, представлены виды телереабилитации, применяемые в клинической практике. Наиболее подробно рассмотрены физиологические механизмы влияния физической нагрузки в программах реабилитации у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Представлены перспективные для дальнейшего изучения направления телереабилитации.
