ГЛАЗ — ЗЕРКАЛО СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТОЙ ПАТОЛОГИИ. ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЙ О ГИПЕРТОНИЧЕСКОЙ РЕТИНОПАТИИ
Данные литературы содержат подчас противоречивые точки зрения относительно связи изменений сетчатки при артериальной гипертонии (АГ) с сердечно-сосудистыми нарушениями и поражением органов-мишеней. Наряду с классификацией и патофизиологией гипертонической ретинопатии представлены данные, подтверждающие ее связь с течением АГ, поражением органов-мишеней и прогнозом. Функциональные нарушения органа зрения свидетельствуют о вовлеченности сетчатки в патологический процесс даже на ранних стадиях АГ и могут отражать тяжесть АГ. Это подтверждает тесную связь заболевания с поражением глаза как органа-мишени при АГ. Имеющиеся данные подтверждают возможность оценки изменений на глазном дне у больных неосложненной АГ, что свидетельствует о преждевременности исключения органа зрения из списка органов-мишеней при АГ.
