МЕНОПАУЗА И СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫЙ РИСК
Влияние менопаузы на сердечно-сосудистую систему может быть опосредовано перераспределением жировой ткани, метаболическими, гемодинамическими и провоспалительными изменениями, а также прямыми эффектами дефицита эстрогенов на артериальную стенку. Коррекция факторов риска у женщин в постменопаузе должна проводиться с помощью изменения образа жизни, липидснижающей и антигипертензивной терапии.
