ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ ПРЕДИКТОРЫ ИДИОПАТИЧЕСКОГО СИНДРОМА СЛАБОСТИ СИНУСОВОГО УЗЛА
Представлены данные литературы, свидетельствующие о генетической детерминированности синдрома слабости синусового узла. Дано определение указанной патологии, описаны основные признаки заболевания, рассмотрены гены, влияющие на развитие идиопатического синдрома слабости синусового узла, их полиморфизмы и роль в развитии нарушений сердечно-сосудистой системы.
