РОЛЬ ИНСУЛИНОРЕЗИСТЕНТНОСТИ И ЕЕ КОРРЕКЦИИ В ПРОЦЕССАХ СОСУДИСТОГО СТАРЕНИЯ
Инсулинорезистентность играет основную роль не только в патогенезе сахарного диабета и его осложнений, но и является важнейшим фактором в формировании возраст-ассоциированной патологии, обусловливающей ускоренное старение организма. Представлены данные о роли инсулинорезистентности и её коррекции в процессах старения сосудов.
