ПРОДОЛЖИТЕЛЬНОСТЬ СНА: СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ВЗГЛЯД НА ПРОБЛЕМУ С ПОЗИЦИЙ КАРДИОЛОГА
В настоящее время известна и доказана роль нарушений продолжительности сна в развитии различных хронических заболеваний, включая заболевания сердечно-сосудистой системы. Кроме того, результаты многих клинических исследований демонстрируют связь между нарушением продолжительности сна и скоростью уко-рочения теломер. В свою очередь, короткие теломеры ассоциируются с развитием артериальной гипертонии, хронической сердечной недостаточности, атеросклеро-за и других заболеваний, летальность от которых в России и в мире в целом остается высокой. В данной статье представлен обзор клинических исследований, дока-зывающих негативное влияние нарушений продолжительности сна на общую и сердечно-сосудистую смертность, а также подробно рассматриваются работы, в кото-рых установлена связь между продолжительностью сна и длиной теломер.
