Методы диагностики абдоминального ожирения в клинической практике
По данным ВОЗ в мире насчитывается около 2 млрд. больных с ожирением. Распространенность ожирения увеличивается в развитых странах и имеет тенденцию к распространению в менее развитых регионах. В ряде научных работ доказано, что абдоминальное ожирение (АО), а не общее в виде увеличенного ИМТ, связано с повышенным риском сердечно-сосудистой патологии. АО опенивается с помощью компьютерной томографии и измерением антропометрических показателей: окружность талии, окружность талии / окружность бедер, сагиттальный абдоминальный диаметр (САД). САД показал высокую взаимосвязь с коронарным риском и диагностическую пенность в определении инсулинорезистентности, поэтому может быть использован для вьывления групп высокого риска развития сахарного диабета 2 типа и ишемической болезни сердпа у лип с ожирением.
