Спонтанная диссекция коронарных артерий (СДКА) – редкая причина острого инфаркта миокарда. Представлены современные данные о частоте распространенности СДКА, факторах, предрасполагающих к ее развитию, данные о диагностике и лечении СДКА. Описан случай инфаркта миокарда, развившегося вследствие СДКА у мужчины 34 лет.
