Синдром обструктивного апноэ сна при брадисистолических нарушениях ритма сердца и проводимости
В последние десятилетия возрос интерес к обструктивному апноэ сна (ОАС), особенно у пациентов с сочетанием ОАС и брадиаритмиями во сне. Во всем мире диагностика ОАС неуклонно растет. Все чаще клиницисты стали использовать CPAP-терапию при лечении брадиаритмий, возникающих во сне. Но в мировой практике нет однозначных клинических рекомендаций по ведению данной группы больных.
