Сочетанное влияние сидячего поведения и физической активности разной интенсивности на кардиоваскулярное здоровье
Сидячее поведение (СП) и низкая (недостаточная) физическая активность (НФА) — два взаимодополняющих негативных фактора, влияющих на сердечно-сосудистое здоровье. Большинство современных исследований посвящено изучению СП и физической активности (ФА) разной интенсивности по отдельности, в то время как их сочетанное (комбинированное) влияние изучено недостаточно. Цель обзора — анализ литературы, посвященной оценке сочетанного влияния СП и ФА разной интенсивности на общее и сердечно-сосудистое здоровье человека. При подготовке обзора проведен поиск публикаций в базах данных MedLine, Cochrane, Scopus, а также электронных ресурсах e-library, КиберЛенинки и библиотек университетов физической культуры и спорта России за 2002-2022гг.Рассмотрены и подвергнуты обсуждению вопросы, связанные с различными комбинациями СП и ФА и их эффектами на показатели общего и кардиоваскулярного здоровья. Приведены факты положительного влияния замещения сидячего поведения на аналогичную по времени ФА умеренной интенсивности. Представленные данные свидетельствуют о необходимости дальнейшего изучения с учетом взаимозамещения СП и ФА разной интенсивности в рамках непрерывного суточного временного континуума.
