НЕКОМПАКТНЫЙ МИОКАРД ЛЕВОГО ЖЕЛУДОЧКА: СИМПТОМ, СИНДРОМ ИЛИ ВАРИАНТ РАЗВИТИЯ?
Синдром некомпактного миокарда левого желудочка — относительно новый диагноз, вошедший в клиническую практику с усовершенствованием методов визуализации сердца. Проводится большое количество исследований, посвященных генетическому разнообразию синдрома некомпактного миокарда и его вкладу в течение различных ассоциированных кардиомиопатий. Однако единого мнения о патогенезе некомпактности миокарда нет, как нет и единых диагностических критериев, и руководства по лечению и динамическому наблюдению пациентов с СНМЛЖ. В настоящем обзоре мы обобщаем данные о природе этого состояния, его генетических причинах, о диагностике и лечении.
