Полиморфизм генов ренин-ангиотензиновой системы и дисфункция эндотелия у мужчин, перенесших инфаркт миокарда в молодом возрасте
В работе оценивалась связь полиморфизмов генов РААС с параметрами, характеризующими функциональное состояние эндотелия у мужчин, перенесших инфаркт миокарда в молодом возрасте. Установлено наличие дисфункции эндотелия у мужчин, перенесших инфаркт миокарда в молодом возрасте. Установлено, что носительство определенных генотипов генов РААС не ассоциируется с увеличением риска инфаркта миокарда. Вместе с тем, носительство D аллеля гена АПФ и GG генотипа гена ангиотензиногена, ассоциируется с более выраженным нарушением функционального состояния эндотелия у мужчин, перенесших инфаркт миокарда в молодом возрасте. Это подтверждает предположение о возможном влиянии полиморфизмов генов РААС на функциональное состояние эндотелия сосудов.
