СОСУДИСТАЯ ПАТОЛОГИЯ ПРИ НАСЛЕДУЕМЫХ НАРУШЕНИЯХ СОЕДИНИТЕЛЬНОЙ ТКАНИ
Группа наследуемых нарушений соединительной ткани включает несколько сотен генетически гетерогенных заболеваний, характеризующихся системными повреждениями соединительно-тканных структур, клинический набор которых зависит от характера мутации. Среди них есть как давно описанные и широко известные состояния – такие, как синдромы Марфана и Элерса-Данло, так и заболевания, описанные сравнительно недавно и, в силу этого, известные в меньшей степени. В клиническую картину многих из этих синдромов входят сосудистые повреждения, прежде всего аорты и артериального русла, которым и посвящен данный обзор.
