Риск внезапной сердечной смерти у занимающихся силовыми нагрузками
Физическая активность является общепризнанным средством первичной и вторичной профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, но в ряде случаев может быть фактором риска развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений, в т.ч. внезапной сердечной смерти (ВСС). В большинстве исследований анализируется взаимосвязь сердечно-сосудистых катастроф с объемами и общими направлениями физических упражнений, к тому же значительная часть рекомендаций и работ посвящены эффектам аэробных нагрузок, в то время как значение анаэробных упражнений остается дискутабельным. В обзоре анализируются работы, посвященные влиянию силовых нагрузок, таких как тяжелая атлетика, бодибилдинг, пауэрлифтинг и др., на состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы, а также их связь с ВСС и других сердечно-сосудистых событий. Дизайн и контингент анализируемых статей не позволили корректно провести их систематизацию, в этой связи обзор носит в большей мере аналитический характер.
