Толщина комплекса интима-медиа сонных артерийкак ранний маркер атеросклероза у пациентовс абдоминальным ожирением
В работе оценивалась выраженность атеросклероза при проведении дуплексного сканирования общих сонных артерий у больных с абдоминальным ожирением в возрасте от 30 до 55 лет. Атеросклеротические бляшки в общей сонной и/или внутренней сонной артериях пациентов были обнаружены у 35% обследованных. Выявлена связь между толщиной комплекса интима-медиа (КИМ) общей сонной артерии (ОСА), уровнем артериального давления, окружностью талии и метаболическими показателями.
