Стимуляция пучка Гиса – новый взгляд на метод
Стимуляция пучка Гиса (СПГ) реализует физиологичное распространение импульса по проводящей системе сердца и может служить аналогом как правожелудочковой, так и бивентрикулярной стимуляции. В тематическом обзоре освещены вопросы клинической анатомии, имеющие отношение к стимуляции пучка Гиса; рассмотрены техника имплантации электрода в гисиальную позицию и необходимые для этого инструменты; описаны электрофизиологические основы гисиальной стимуляции; обсуждаются возможности удаления электродов, показания к имплантации, перспективы дальнейшего развития методики. Стимуляция пучка Гиса – многообещающее направление в кардиологии, которое может в будущем принципиально изменить алгоритмы ведения пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью и нарушениями проводимости.
