Снижение сердечно-сосудистого риска с уменьшением заболеваемости и смертности от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний рассматривается как одна из главных задач современной кардиологической практики и должна способствовать увеличению продолжительности жизни в нашей стране. Оральные антикоагулянты являются основой профилактики кардиоэмболического инсульта у больных с фибрилляцией предсердий, которая нередко возникает у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца. По статистике примерно четверти пациентам с фибрилляцией предсердий приходится в какой-то момент жизни проводить чрескожное коронарное вмешательство в связи со стабильной стенокардией или острым коронарным синдромом, что сопровождается определенными сложностями с точки зрения проведения многокомпонентной антитромботической терапии. В этой статье будут рассмотрены основные клинические данные и рекомендации по вопросам оптимального применения комбинированной антитромботической терапии у пациентов после чрескожного коронарного вмешательства.
