АРТЕРИАЛЬНАЯ ГИПЕРТОНИЯ В СОЧЕТАНИИ С ИЗБЫТОЧНОЙ МАССОЙ ТЕЛА И ОЖИРЕНИЕМ. ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ КОМБИНАЦИИ АМЛОДИПИНА И ЛИЗИНОПРИЛА. Часть 2. Антигипертензивные и органопротективные эффекты фиксированной комбинации амлодипин/лизиноприл у больных с артериальной гипертонией в сочетании с избыточной массой тела и ожирением
В статье рассмотрены возможности амлодипина, лизиноприла и их фиксированной комбинации с точки зрения антигипертензивного эффекта и органопротекции при сочетании артериальной гипертонии и ожирения. Обсуждаются «новые» факторы риска у пациентов с гипертонической болезнью, к числу которых, помимо ряда параметров артериального давления и его суточного профиля, в настоящее время относят нарушение упруго-эластических и деформационных свойств миокарда левых отделов сердца и гипертрофию левого желудочка. Представлены современные данные о различных патофизиологических механизмах снижения жесткости сердечной мышцы и регресса гипертрофии миокарда на фоне применения блокаторов кальциевых каналов, а также ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента, в частности, лизиноприла.
