КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА ТЕЛМИСАРТАНА: ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФАРМАКОКИНЕТИКИ, ФАРМАКОДИНАМИКИ И ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ КОНТРОЛЯ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОГО ДАВЛЕНИЯ В ТЕЧЕНИЕ СУТОК
Рассмотрены особенности фармакокинетики блокатора рецепторов ангиотензина II телмисартана, благодаря которым он имеет ряд преимуществ по сравнению с другими препаратами группы блокаторов рецепторов ангиотензина II и представителями других классов антигипертензивных препаратов. Особое внимание уделено длительному периоду полувыведения телмисартана, который сохраняет его действие значимым более 24 ч, что особо важно для контроля артериального давления (АД) в ранние утренние часы. Представлены данные исследований, демонстрирующих, что избыточные подъемы АД в ранние утренние часы увеличивают риск сердечно-сосудистых и цереброваскулярных осложнений. Рассмотрены результаты сравнительных исследований телмисартана с использованием суточного мониторирования АД, свидетельствующие о его преимуществах в контроле АД в течение суток.
