Цель. Изучить структуру назначений лекарственных средств при остром коронарном синдроме (инфаркт миокарда и нестабильная стенокардия) в первые сутки стационарного лечения в больницах Саратова и Саратовской области в 2005 г.Материал и методы. Проведено ретроспективное фармакоэпидемиологическое исследование первых 24-х часов стационарного лечения 1276 пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом (ОКС).Результаты. В 2005 г. частота назначения препаратов, обладающих доказанной эффективностью в первые сутки стационарного лечения ОКС в клинической больнице, превышала таковую в муниципальной больнице Саратова и центральных районных больницах области. Достоверных различий в частоте назначения соответствующих препаратов в муниципальной больнице и стационарах области не выявлено.Заключение. Терапия ОКС в первые сутки стационарного лечения зависит от типа стационара.
