СТРЕСС: ЧТО МЫ ЗНАЕМ СЕГОДНЯ ОБ ЭТОМ ФАКТОРЕ РИСКА?
Проанализированы результаты большого числа исследований последних лет, посвященных взаимосвязи стресса с заболеваемостью и смертностью от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Представлены разновидности стрессовых реакций: острый стресс, хронический стресс, а также модели рабочего стресса. Рассмотрены патофизиологические механизмы взаимосвязи стресса с кардиоваскулярной заболеваемостью и смертностью. Приведены наиболее действенные на сегодняшний день методы коррекции повышенного уровня стресса. Обсуждаются их клиническая и прогностическая значимость при лечении ишемической болезни сердца.
