Проводится сравнительный анализ пероральных антикоагулянтов – антагонистов витамина К и препаратов нового поколения, включающих дабигатран, ривароксабан и апиксабан, с позиции безопасности терапии. Показано, что в целом профиль безопасности новых пероральных антикоагулянтов существенно лучше профиля антагонистов витамина К, но требует учета особых клинических ситуаций, предрасполагающих к повышенному риску кровотечений.
