Статья посвящена роли эхокардиографического исследования в современной неотложной кардиологии. Рассматриваются современные позиции, касающиеся видов исследований и возможности применения каждого из них в рутинной практике, а также клинические синдромы и алгоритмы диагностики с точки зрения клинической эхокардиографии. Статья предназначена для специалистов кардиологов и анестезиологов-реаниматологов, работающих в профильных отделениях по оказанию неотложной кардиологической помощи пациентам.
