В статье представлен клинический случай успешной транскатетерной имплантации аортального клапана пациенту пожилого возраста с критическим аортальным стенозом в стадии систолической дисфункции с развитием истинного кардиогенного шока. Кратко обсуждена роль транскатетерной имплантации аортального клапана в патогенетическом лечении категории больных с острой сердечной недостаточностью, развившейся вследствие декомпенсации аортального стеноза.
