Лечение и вторичная профилактика венозных тромбоэмболических осложнений у онкологических больных
Онкологические больные относятся к группе высокого риска развития венозных тромбоэмболических осложнений, значительно ухудшающих исходы противоопухолевого лечения и занимающих одно из лидирующих мест в структуре летальности. Лечение венозных тромбоэмболических осложнений у онкологических больных представляет собой непростую задачу. При выборе антикоагулянтного препарата врач должен основываться на данных об эффективности и безопасности выбранного средства, возможных лекарственных взаимодействиях. Опираясь на результаты многочисленных исследований, которые представлены в статье, врач сможет выбрать оптимальную тактику лечения и вторичной профилактики венозных тромбоэмболических осложнений у больных данной группы.
