Спонтанная диссекция коронарных артерий
В течение нескольких десятилетий спонтанная диссекция коронарных артерий (СДКА) известна как одна из причин развития острого коронарного синдрома (ОКС). Предполагалось, что заболевание встречается крайне редко и ассоциируется с беременностью и послеродовым периодом. Использование в клинической практике высокочувствительного тропонина, коронарографии (КГ) в раннем периоде ОКС в совокупности с растущей осведомленностью врачей об этой патологии привело к пересмотру представлений о распространенности заболевания. В настоящее время СДКА рассматривается как одна из причин ОКС у женщин молодого и среднего возраста без факторов риска развития атеросклероза. В обзоре освещены результаты выполненных в последние годы исследований, касающиеся патогенеза, диагностики и лечения СДКА, описаны различные ангиографические типы заболевания, проблемы выбора оптимальной тактики ведения больных с СДКА.
