Значение эхокардиографии с контрастным усилением левых камер сердца в клинической практике
Обзор литературы посвящен возможностям эхокардиографии (ЭхоКГ) с контрастным усилением (КУ) для оценки структуры и функции левых камер сердца. Обсуждаются основные показания к проведению ЭхоКГ-КУ на основе современных рекомендаций. Анализируются возможности ЭхоКГ-КУ в оценке перфузии миокарда левого желудочка, выявлении ишемии миокарда и жизнеспособности миокарда. Приводятся данные о безопасности ЭхоКГ-КУ и о возможных побочных эффектах при использования ультразвуковых контрастов.
