Цель. Cравнение основных факторов риска артериальной гипертензии (АГ), ее частоты, охвата лечением, его структуры и контроля артериального давления (АД) между мужчинами, проживающими в г. Новосибирске и сельской местности Новосибирской области.Материал и методы. В исследование включены 900 мужчин в возрасте 35-74 лет, прикрепленных к терапевтическим участкам поликлиник г. Новосибирска и центральных районных больниц Ордынского и Коченевского районов Новосибирской области. АГ считалась выявленной, если при измерении систолическое АД превышало 140 мм рт.ст. и/или диастолическое АД превышало 90 мм рт.ст. и имелся факт приема антигипертензивных препаратов (АГП).Результаты. Различий в частоте АГ в зависимости от типа поселения выявлено не было. Осведомленность о наличии АГ была выше среди мужчин, проживающих в сельской местности, была выше, чем среди мужчин, проживающих в городе, составив 91,8 vs 81,1%, соответственно (p<0,001). Мужчины, проживающие в сельской местности, принимали АГП чаще, чем мужчины, проживающие в городе — 79,8 vs 54,7%, соответственно (р<0,001). Эффективный контроль АД среди мужчин, проживающих в городе, был выше, чем среди мужчин, проживающих в сельской местности — 32,3 vs 16,3%, соответственно (р<0,001).Заключение. Установлено, что в Новосибирской области частота АГ среди обследованных мужчин не зависела от типа поселения. Осведомленность о наличии АГ и прием АГП были выше среди мужчин, проживающих в сельской местности, но несмотря на это, эффективный контроль АД у них достигался реже, чем у мужчин, проживающих в городе. Для каждого типа поселения установлены превалирующие факторы АГ, для снижения вклада которых необходимо целенаправленное проведение профилактических мероприятий.
