ИНФАРКТ МИОКАРДА: ТРОМБОЛИЗИС, ГОСПИТАЛЬНАЯ ЛЕТАЛЬНОСТЬ, РАЗРЫВЫ МИОКАРДА
С целью оценки госпитальной летальности при тромболизисе и без его использования у лиц разного возраста и пола при остром инфаркте миокарда давностью не более 12 часов и частоты наружных разрывов миокарда в структуре смертности проведен ретроспективный анализ 643 историй болезни.
