РАДИОЧАСТОТНАЯ АБЛАЦИЯ ГАНГЛИОНАРНЫХ СПЛЕТЕНИЙ ЛЕВОГО ПРЕДСЕРДИЯ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ФОРМОЙ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ
С целью оценки эффективности анатомической модификации ганглионарных сплетений левого предсердия как изолированной процедуры, а также в сочетании с изоляцией устьев легочных вен в случаях рецидива аритмии обследованы 178 пациентов (142 мужчины и 36 женщин, средний возраст - 56±7 лет) с длительно персистирующей фибрилляцией предсердий.
