СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ СТРУКТУРНОГО РЕМОДЕЛИРОВАНИЯ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ ПРИ ПОМОЩИ МАГНИТНО-РЕЗОНАНСНОЙ ТОМОГРАФИИ С ОТСРОЧЕННЫМ КОНТРАСТИРОВАНИЕМ
Рассматриваются возможности и ограничения изучения структурного ремоделирования предсердий при помощи магнитно-резонансной томографии с отсроченным контрастированием, а также применение данного метода для изучения влияния фиброза левого предсердия на клиническое течение мерцательной аритмии и результаты ее лечения.
