ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ДОСТУПА ИЗ НЕКОРОНАРНОГО СИНУСА ВАЛЬСАЛЬВЫ ДЛЯ АБЛАЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДНОЙ ТАХИКАРДИИ
Приводится клиническое наблюдение пациентки с локализацией субстрата предсердной тахикардии в передней части межпредсердной перегородки (области быстрых путей проведения атриовентрикулярного соединения и пучка Гиса), у которой для выполнения радиочастотной аблации был использован трансаортальный доступ из некоронарного синуса Вальсальвы.
