Фармакотерапия сердечной недостаточности с низкой фракцией выброса: препараты базовой терапии сердечной недостаточности и эпизод декомпенсации
Качественное изменение профиля рисков у пациентов, перенесших эпизод декомпенсации сердечной недостаточности (СН), требует как можно более раннего терапевтического ответа. В условиях отсутствия единых рекомендаций по последовательности и срокам назначения препаратов базовой терапии в госпитальный и последующий «уязвимый» периоды клиническому врачу приходится опираться на имеющиеся экспертные мнения и данные проведенных исследований. В статье рассмотрена доказательная база по применению препаратов базовой терапии СН в указанные периоды и отдельно уделено внимание условиям и принципам ее инициации.
