ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИЯ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ, АССОЦИИРОВАННАЯ С ОЖИРЕНИЕМ: РОЛЬ ЭПИКАРДИАЛЬНОЙ ЖИРОВОЙ ТКАНИ В ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ АРИТМИИ
Установленная взаимосвязь ожирения и фибрилляции предсердий в контексте отмечающегося резкого увеличения распространенности данных заболеваний определила актуальность идентификации патогенетических механизмов, лежащих в ее основе. На сегодняшний день накоплено большое количество доказательств существования причинно-следственных связей между эктопическим висцеральным жировым депо сердца и данным нарушением ритма. В настоящей статье приводятся результаты эпидемиологических и клинико-экспериментальных исследований, посвященных изучению роли эпикардиальной жировой ткани в развитии и прогрессировании фибрилляции предсердий, обсуждаются возможные патогенетические механизмы данной ассоциации и их потенциальное клиническое значение.
